At Necrotic Gnome, we want you to be fully satisfied with your dark apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that certain limited edition drops and intimate wear are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free of any signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
